BUILDING A SIMPLE INVOICING SYSTEM

This system is designed generating and maintaining invoice details for a company dealing with computer accessories. 

This system is a ERP system which allows each entity of the business to reside in a single database and accessible all throughout. It allows you to maintain all customer details, biller details, user details and product details ; keep track of all payments made, total sales and manage inventory.

This system allows you to generate invoices , process payments and keep track of pending amounts based on invoices and also customers. Addition of new customers, new billers and new users are possible within the same system.

Simple Invoices

Since sales was the most important aspect of the business and the system did not have any complex requirements, I chose Simple Invoices . It was the most appropriate for my requirements and is very simple to maintain and operate.

CUSTOMIZATIONS DONE

 For the specific needs of the business, I made the following cuatomizations

• Customized new fields for storing additional customer information
• Added inventory management
• Made provisions for more than 1 tax to be levied on a single line item
• Customized Products and payment types accordingly
